To support our growing business, Sharp Electronics is looking for a MITS Selling Sales Manager to increase sales in our Business Systems division. The MITS Selling Sales Manager is accountable for the sales activities of a team of Sales Specialists, ensuring that all team members meet established sales quotas.
Requirements
- Lead a team of Sales Specialists to achieve branch TSG revenue objectives
- Attract, hire, and provide training for continuous development of the sales team
- Review and collaborate with Specialists and Account Executives on their performance to achieve sales quotas
- Establish weekly cadence for pipeline accountability and execution of daily sales activities
- Partner with branch sales, service, and operations to achieve overall client satisfaction
- Provide written feedback to the sales team regarding performance versus objectives and clear direction on recovery actions
- Resolve client sales requests through problem-solving process, developing solutions, and providing recommendations
- Lead a team through sales enablement tools and education to identify new business opportunities
- Continue self-development of professional and technical knowledge through attending educational webinars, creating social-selling networks and avenues to increase sales meeting opportunities
- Achieve sales quotas, sales activities, and provide both personal and team results to marketplace BP/GM/GSM
