Physical Therapist II- Acute/SNF- Part-time- Chula Vista

Physical Therapist II will evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. The role requires 2 years of experience in all aspects of physical therapy, California licensure, and AHA Basic Life Support certification. The position involves clinical resource, department development, documentation, operational efficiency, and patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved and accredited professional Physical Therapy school or program
• 2 Years Experience in all aspects of physical therapy
• California Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - CA Physical Therapy Board -REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association -REQUIRED
