Physical Therapist II _Acute/SNF - Part-time- Chula Vista

Physical Therapist II _Acute/SNF will evaluate, plan, direct, and administer physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. The Physical Therapist will assist patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved and accredited professional Physical Therapy school or program
• 2 Years Experience in all aspects of physical therapy
• California Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) - CA Physical Therapy Board
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare)
