Sharpe Engineering & Equipment is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support the design, development, and execution of sanitary process systems for the food & beverage industry.
Requirements
- Design and layout fluid process systems
- Develop PFDs, P&IDs, utility and equipment matrices, mass balances, SOPs, and SSOPs
- Size and specify process equipment, pumps, valves, instrumentation, and utility systems
- Prepare performance specifications and RFQs, and coordinate with vendors throughout the equipment selection process
- Identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives across client operations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment across engineering, project management, installation, and start-up activities
- Provide field supervision or support during equipment installation, commissioning, and site visits
- Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders
