Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Lead large-scale tenant improvement and ground-up projects with direct accountability for project delivery.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Autodesk, and Bluebeam
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Project management or related-field experience
• Experience with all phases of the development process
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field
• Preferred: Master’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field
• Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) and LEED AP
• Preferred: Fluency in the Spanish language
