Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will provide project management services for office space and tenant improvement projects from planning phase to final completion. Responsible for meeting project schedules and fiduciary requirements, and prioritizing tenant needs and environmental health and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in project management or related field
- Certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or CCM are a plus
