Job Description
We are looking for an executive coach for the CEO of Sharpist, a category-defining transformation AI-driven company, to operate at a fundamentally higher altitude to lead the company through a 12-month transformation.
Requirements
- C-level operating experience in enterprise SaaS through the 10M+ ARR scale phase
- Expert coach with primary craft and operating depth as foundation
- Track record at the altitude we’re targeting, coaching founders or CEOs through similar inflection points
- References from current or recent coachees at this level are required
