Job Description
Shaw Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead process improvement objectives in our Synthetic Turf tufting manufacturing process. The role involves creating and approving process specifications, investigating quality problems, and implementing process improvement plans.
Requirements
- Four-year B.S. degree from a recognized university or college
- Engineering degree preferred
- Previous Manufacturing engineering experience preferred
- Strong supervisory, organizational, and people skills
- Professional ethics, tact, and courtesy in dealing with people
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of computer skills
- Diversified background with strong technical, business, and managerial skills
