Job Description
Shaw Industries is looking for a Process Engineer to assist the Extrusion Department Manager in achieving excellent performance in safety, quality, efficiency, productivity, waste, and cost. The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and experience in manufacturing.
Requirements
- 4-year Engineering degree required; Chemical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering degree preferred
- Strong communication skills (written and oral)
- Strong project management skills
- Six Sigma Black Belt trained or willingness to complete training
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google Suite (preferred)
- Previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
