Network Operations Engineer supporting Cisco Enterprise network stack, administering Palo Alto firewalls, and troubleshooting routing, switching, and security-related issues in a regulated banking environment.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience supporting Cisco enterprise networking environments
- Practical experience with: Cisco switching and routing, Cisco Meraki, Cisco ISE, Palo Alto firewalls (PanOS), VMware VeloCloud
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols (OSPF/BGP preferred)
- Experience working in a regulated or security-conscious environment
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical capability
- Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- CCNA or CCNP (Enterprise or Security preferred)
- Palo Alto certification (PCNSA or PCNSE desirable)
- ITIL Foundation (v4)
- Relevant SD-WAN certification
