As a Senior Conduct Risk Manager, you will operate within the First Line of Defence, providing leadership, oversight and subject matter expertise to ensure that Shawbrook's products and customer journeys deliver good customer outcomes and meet all relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong experience in conduct risk within financial services, ideally within a UK regulated banking environment.
- Deep knowledge of FCA regulatory frameworks, including Consumer Duty, Principles for Businesses, TCF, Product Governance requirements, and Retail lending regulations.
- Experience operating within the First Line of Defence environment.
- Proven ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical business actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong analytical capability and experience working with conduct MI and customer outcome data.
