- Responsible for managing field talent across Company lines
- Present appropriate features of the Supplemental Advantages
- Communicate with field talent regarding possible extensions or other job opportunities
- May manage weekly payroll of all field talent
- May assist with housing arrangements for field talent
- Assist Manager with Human Resources and Quality Assurance functions
- Assist with aging and Accounts Receivables
- Help to create an environment of high morale, motivation and teamwork
- Negotiate salary and benefits for each applicant
- Has decision making authority to supervise policies
