Recruiting Manager - Schools position responsible for establishing and building Supplemental Health Care's reputation and brand, recruiting and retaining field talent and clients, and achieving individual performance goals.
Requirements
- Maintain operational excellence through achieving the 'Minimum Performance Standards'
- Achieve 100% of personal revenue budget
- Maintain 90% Retention of field talent
- Manage and be accountable for individual p&l with ownership of how each p&l impacts the Division budget
- Recruit, coach, staff, develop, mentor and engage field talent
- Evaluate and assess applicant's viability for employment
- Responsible for job postings, email blasts, call blasts and other recruitment functions
- Present appropriate features of the Supplemental Advantages to meet field talent needs
