Job Description
SHEIN is seeking a Community Ops Specialist I to support end-to-end execution of livestream campaigns and local marketing. This role involves coordinating content, driving engagement, and informing social media strategies. The specialist will contribute to the success of social media campaigns and will support the senior team member.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce social media marketing
- Experience in fashion & beauty industries preferred
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends
