Senior Innovation and Design Manager

SHEIN is seeking a Senior Innovation and Design Manager to lead engineering activities within its fulfillment center, focusing on process improvement, labor standards, and cost reduction. This role involves analyzing data, implementing cost-efficient solutions, and establishing standards to support productivity goals and customer promises. Requirements

• Six or more years of related Industrial Engineering experience
• Experience managing a team and completing multi-variable work measurements
• Previous experience with Distribution planning models
• Knowledge of material handling technology
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau
• Experience with Labor Reporting Systems (MOST, Standards Pro)
• Familiarity with Red Prairie, Manhattan, or equivalent LMS
