Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented and analytical Junior Civil and Structural Engineers to join our team in Rockville, MD/the DMV area.
Requirements
- Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Conduct site visits and field investigations to gather data and assess project requirements
- Perform engineering calculations and analyze data to support project designs
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers on various aspects of civil, structural or related engineering projects
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, cost estimates, and technical documentation
- Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures
- Stay updated on local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies
