Job Description
The Facilities Representative I processes all mail, completes branch runs for the credit union, and assists in facilities department needs.
Requirements
- Meet all Shell FCU Service Commitments
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with all applicable rules and regulations
- Attend annual training sessions
- Pick up and drop off mail to/from the post office
- Sort and distribute mail
- Perform branch runs and sorts
- Ensure work rooms are adequately stocked mail supplies
- Make supply runs as assigned
- Maintain and keep supply areas clean and free from trash or empty boxes
- Responsible for holiday/seasonal storage and delivery
- Assist in branch decorating as assigned
- Ensure the credit union's vehicle maintenance requirements are regularly followed and complete
- Perform routine maintenance and repair work
- Assist the Facilities Manager in maintaining the operational standards
