The Case Manager supports households fleeing domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, or human trafficking by providing crisis intervention, safety planning, and advocacy services. They assess client needs, connect them to services, and ensure the provision of comprehensive services meet their identified needs. The Case Manager is responsible for maintaining complete and accurate client records and communicating client updates to staff.
