AHR3 - Case Manager

Shelter House is seeking a Case Manager to support victims of domestic violence, sexual violence, stalking, or human trafficking at Artemis House. The Case Manager will provide crisis intervention, develop individualized safety plans, and advocate for clients to ensure comprehensive services meet their needs.

Requirements

• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to prioritize competing priorities and make sound judgements
• Ability to complete tasks while navigating frequent interruptions
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation / 10-15 % local travel for appointments
• Willingness to work rotating schedule to include evenings and weekends when needed
• Ability to work in a highly intense work environment
