Fair Ridge - Residential Coordinator (On Call)

The Residential Coordinator provides 24-hour awake coverage and supervision of a large Fairfax County emergency shelter for households with minor children. The position is responsible for crisis intervention, facilities management, and maintaining a positive living environment within the shelter.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in human services field
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and team members
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
