The Residential Coordinator provides essential 24-hour awake coverage and supervision of a large Fairfax County emergency shelter for households with minor children.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in human services field
- Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and team members
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
