The Residential Coordinator provides 24-hour awake coverage and supervision of 20 efficiency style apartment units for single individuals. The role involves crisis intervention, facilities management, and maintaining a positive living environment within the shelter.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in human services field
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and team members
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
