Job Description
Shenandoah Telecommunications Company is seeking a Fiber Technician II to install, troubleshoot, and test fiber optic cables for quality service in rural communities. The role involves maintaining daily contact with dispatch and collaborating with supervisors and technicians.
Requirements
- AS degree in a relevant engineering or technology field
- 5 or more years of experience in the telecommunications industry
- 3 or more years of experience with fiber construction and installation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry 75 pounds
