Job Description
Shepherd Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to provide support to insurance advisors in handling new and renewal commercial lines business. This role involves assisting clients, marketing business, maintaining customer service, and ensuring accuracy in billing and processing. Requirements
- Experience: At least two (2) years’ experience in similar position is desirable.
- Required state licensing certification.
- Strong understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages, forms, procedures, and policy rating systems.
