Job Description
This position works closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs and recommend the right solutions. Wholesale Product Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
Requirements
- Determine customer needs and present appropriate products and services
- Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
- Maintain precise work order files and formulas
- Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications
- Clean store equipment
- Assist in making deliveries, as needed
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Suggest ways to improve sales
