Customer Service Specialist

Provides customer service, support to internal and external customers, solves problems, researches complex information, and builds customer relationships.

Requirements

• Places customers sales orders in a timely fashion
• Handles complex customer needs via incoming mail, telephone, and/or electronic contact
• Can onboard new CS agents, train, system access setup, and coach
• Has a pro-active mindset and supports the Team overall
• Contributes actively alongside Senior CS Specialists
• Responds to a wide scope of inquiries and/or complaints
• Assists with reviewing and coordinating customer service activities
