Requirements
- Partner with plant leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers by providing guidance on employee relations, organizational effectiveness, team dynamics, and leadership development
- Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and internal mobility initiatives
- Drive employee engagement strategies
- Support performance management processes
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies
- Use HR data, KPIs, and insights to support leadership decision-making
- Collaborate with regional/global HR to implement HR programs, change initiatives, and organizational development projects
- Identify training needs, promote employee development pathways, and support capability-building programs across all levels
