Job Description
Operations Team Leader responsible for ensuring safe systems of work, managing production operations, and leading a team of 5-15 employees. The role involves enforcing health and safety policies, managing absenteeism, and contributing to standard work initiatives. The Operations Team Leader will also be the contact person for other departments and be responsible for shift administration and daily dashboards.
Requirements
