R&D Technologist

The PCG R&D Lead Technician is responsible for creating and maintaining product configuration and custom formula development programs across PCG divisions.

Requirements

• Works with Manager to build, evaluate and maintain custom formula creation files
• Develops technical and business knowledge regarding custom formula creation for paint products
• Identifies potential Continuous Improvement opportunities
• Accurately documents and presents lab results and technical information
• Plans, schedules, executes work, analyzes results, and makes recommendations
