R&D- Technician I

Position may be responsible for completing and reporting on results of technical and facility requests, working through Manager and Technician Lead. Areas of focus include creating and testing proprietary, auto-generating formulation files of products for Mosaic and development teams and contributing to department strategy.

Requirements

• Demonstrate an understanding of color science principles and apply them while creating, building, and testing auto-generating formulation files into Mosaic program
• Accurate documentation and presentation of lab results and technical information
• Effectively works and communicates with others through collaboration on assigned projects
• Works with Technician Lead to outline and perform required tasks to achieve objectives requested with infrequent review of progress and results
• Accurate preparation, application and QC of letdown samples
• Maintenance of safe operating procedures through complete knowledge of safety rules and lab procedures
• Resolution of problems relating to products and processed accomplished in a timely manner
