R&D Technician

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented R&D Technician to support the development and testing of our advanced materials, coatings technologies, and other products brought to market. The ideal candidate is someone who learns quickly, works independently after training, and brings a strong sense of ownership to spray booth processes, equipment operation, and data accuracy.

Requirements

• Hands-on application testing of products, predominantly painting systems.
• Conducting measurements and analytical evaluations with accuracy, using solid numeracy skills to interpret results.
• Performing routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on booth equipment to support reliability and continuity of testing.
• Upholding safety and housekeeping standards, ensuring the spray booth remains organised, compliant, and safe at all times.
