The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety programs and protocols across commercial construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management or a similar role within commercial construction
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and hazard mitigation practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience leading safety programs and mentoring field personnel and subcontractors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and safety management software
