The Senior Project Manager is accountable for delivering complex capital projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout, ensuring alignment with Owner objectives across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in project management
- Proven history of successfully managing large-scale commercial construction projects in highly regulated industries
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, drawings, and specifications
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Strong organizational, decision-making, and time-management abilities
