The Clinical Pharmacist will advance quality pharmacotherapy care by assuring safe, efficacious and cost-effective drug therapy for Oncology patients. The pharmacist will review medication regimens, advise clinicians, and monitor outcomes. They will also develop clinical criteria and policies for medication review, and manage data using database applications.

- Managing, organizing, and updating relevant data using database applications
- Applying observations and recommendations regarding operational issues, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
- Identifying trends, resolving problems, recommending improvements, and implementing change
- Participating in process improvement initiatives
- Protecting organization's value by keeping information confidential
- Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
