Director, Operations (Pharmacy/Healthcare)

The Director, Operations (Pharmacy/Healthcare) will oversee the day-to-day operations of Shields' outpatient specialty pharmacy program, provide integrated support across stakeholders, and drive growth initiatives while ensuring exceptional patient care and financial performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant work experience and demonstrated success leading large, diverse teams
• Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or other advanced degree preferred)
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy and be a licensed Pharmacist, or a comparable clinical credential (e.g., RN, MD)
• Proven leadership and development skills, with experience coaching and growing talented individuals into future leaders
• Analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to make and defend decisions based on data
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including financial modeling and data visualization
• Ability to build collaborative and meaningful relationships across multiple and diverse stakeholders
