Supervisor of Patient Engagement

We are seeking an experienced pharmacy technician who loves to work with and lead people, has strong management skills, and is highly motivated to lead a team of Patient Engagement Specialists.

Requirements

• 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience
• Leadership experience (i.e. Regional Team Lead or equivalent type role)
• High School diploma / GED required
• National certification as a CPhT
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel and Word)
• Pharmacy dispensing or EMR systems knowledge (Willow, Qs1, and RX30 software system a plus)
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication presence and ability to influence without formal authority
