Sr. Account Executive (Payment Integrity)

Shift is the leading AI platform for insurance, combining generative, agentic, and predictive AI to transform underwriting, claims, and fraud and risk. The Sales team is responsible for driving new business, working closely with teams across the business to identify client pain points and highlight how Shift's software is a solution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience selling large, complex enterprise-grade SaaS solutions to Insurance Payers business units
• Deep Health Plan knowledge
• Existing relationships within the Payer ecosystem
• SaaS selling experience of $500K and above across a multiyear contract
• Understanding of pipeline creation and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills, including oral written, and non-verbal
• Ability to tailor communication to the customer's needs and deliver memorable presentations
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
