Shift4 is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations to optimize revenue processes, drive operational efficiency, and enable data-driven growth across the organization. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor, process discipline, and collaborative leadership to strengthen the company’s revenue engine.
Requirements
- Partner with senior leadership to define and execute revenue growth strategies
- Develop scalable frameworks for forecasting, territory planning, and quota-setting
- Drive optimization of the lead-to-cash lifecycle
- Oversee CRM governance and adoption
- Lead analysis of sales performance, pipeline health, and customer metrics
- Provide executives with accurate, timely dashboards and insights
- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal
- Manage and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team
- Support go-to-market execution, campaign tracking, and regional or product-specific revenue strategies
- Establish and monitor KPIs, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives and reporting progress to leadership
