Sales Team Lead

ShiftCare is a fast-growing SaaS platform used by home care and disability providers. We are hiring a Sales Team Lead to carry a quota, close deals and lead from the front.

Requirements

• Close new business with home care and disability providers
• Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals and inbound demand
• Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpot
• Lead by example through activity, execution and consistency
