Job Description
Shiftsmart is a labor platform connecting end-to-end workforce management with a growing network of flexible workers. They are seeking a Customer Operations Associate to coordinate new market launches, manage customer relationships, and drive performance. The role involves collaborating with various teams and customers across several shift-based positions.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of program management experience (Retail/CPG preferred)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong problem-solving and influence skills
- Experience with data analysis (Excel, Google Sheets)
