Shiji is a global technology company providing innovative solutions for the hospitality industry. We are seeking a Hospitality Implementation Consultant to handle and complete POS implementation projects for F&B operations across hotel and restaurant environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or a related technical field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in POS implementation, hospitality IT projects and user training
- Hands-on experience implementing F&B POS systems or hotel technology solutions
- Strong working knowledge/skills of Windows environments in enterprise-level projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to quickly learn the Company's various IT solutions and products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work outside standard business hours
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment
- Availability for after-hours on-call support when needed
- Willingness to travel locally and overseas for project deployments when needed
