Hospitality Implementation Consultant, POS

As a Hospitality Implementation Consultant, POS, you will handle and complete POS implementation projects for F&B operations across hotel and restaurant environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business or a related technical field
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in POS implementation, hospitality IT projects and user training
• Hands-on experience implementing F&B POS systems or hotel technology solutions
• Strong working knowledge/ skills of Windows environments in enterprise-level projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with customers and internal teams
