Job Description
Shimano is seeking an HRIS Digital Specialist to manage and improve its HR system, Workday. The successful candidate will ensure high-quality HR data, streamline key processes, and provide technical support to HR staff and employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2+ years experience in functional system ownership, Workday is preferred
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday, HR processes, and data analysis tools
- Analytical & problem-solving skills, effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive and eye for detail, quick learner, and ability to work independently
