We are seeking a Customer Service Responsible to manage the Customer Service team and handle customer complaints and repairs from A to Z. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field and experience in management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP and CRM systems is required, as well as fluency in English (B2 level).
Requirements

- Take charge of following up on important and contentious service after-sales cases
- Handle customer calls and complaints
- Participate in commercial and technical meetings, events, training, and professional manifestations
- Visit clients with sales teams to monitor market needs and customer needs
