Requirements
- Provide individual and group support for education leads in implementing educational initiatives and coaching.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with Grantee Leadership, staff and community partners to ensure high-quality instruction and consistency of practices.
- Mentor and coach the Education team; plan and implement comprehensive, differentiated and sequential professional development for education staff.
- Lead assigned department personnel, which may include providing oversight and input into hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, as well as ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and the completion of all work performed by team members.
- Educate team members on all department and company policies and procedures.
- Represent team and/or department at meetings, events, and training as needed.
