Family Services and Health Coordinator - SEL

Acelero, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Family Services & Health Coordinator to drive their mission to eliminate the gaps between young children's potential and their success in school and life.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Family and Child Development, Public Health, Social Work or related field
• Experience and/or education in health, public health, LPN, or RN
• At least 3 years experience working with diverse families in low income communities, with supervisory responsibilities
• Knowledge and experience executing evidence-based strategies to improve outcomes for children and families
• Demonstrated ability to establish community relationships
• Work flexible hours to meet the program and community needs
• Physical exam and background checks are required for this position
• Travel required locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time for work-related meetings and functions
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Maintain certification in CPR and First Aid
