Acelero, Inc. is looking for a dynamic Family Services & Health Coordinator to drive their mission to eliminate the gaps between young children's potential and their success in school and life.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Family and Child Development, Public Health, Social Work or related field
- Experience and/or education in health, public health, LPN, or RN
- At least 3 years experience working with diverse families in low income communities, with supervisory responsibilities
- Knowledge and experience executing evidence-based strategies to improve outcomes for children and families
- Demonstrated ability to establish community relationships
- Work flexible hours to meet the program and community needs
- Physical exam and background checks are required for this position
- Travel required locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time for work-related meetings and functions
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Maintain certification in CPR and First Aid
