- Expert experience within the pharmaceutical industry in antibiotics, antifungals or related anti-infective therapy areas
- Demonstrated ownership of scientific strategy at asset level, from data interpretation to positioning and lifecycle planning
- Strong capability in assessing scientific and competitor intelligence and translating insights into actionable guidance
- Experience providing science-led input to commercial strategy and decision-making
- Ability to work effectively across global, cross-functional teams
- Confidence engaging externally with KOLs and scientific experts
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex science into clear messages
