Operations Support Manager

As a member of the ShipBob Team, you will grow with an ownership mindset, collaborate with peers and leaders, and experience a high-performance culture. You will be responsible for developing and supporting partner fulfillment centers, training 3PL partners, and ensuring they are performing to the necessary standards.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of operations, e-commerce fulfillment experience
• Advanced understanding of either outbound or inbound fulfillment operations
• Ability to be on-site up to 90% of the time, including weekends and nights
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel)
