ShipHawk is a growing logistics company seeking a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline and revenue growth through outbound prospecting and sales efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or MDR in a high-growth environment
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
- Strong outbound prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume outreach
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating across teams
