The Senior Manager, Marketing Performance, will help build Shipt's marketing measurement and analytics capability to measure the short and long-term impacts of marketing, deliver clear tracking and reporting, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making across the marketing organization.
Requirements
- 8 years of experience in marketing analytics, insights, or effectiveness roles within a matrixed organization
- Expert-level proficiency in measurement platforms and data visualization with deep technical understanding of Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi-Touch Attribution, incremental testing and econometric modeling
- Proven experience developing and scaling marketing frameworks that drive decision-making
- Deep expertise in marketing attribution, campaign performance measurement, forecasting and ROI modeling
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex analytical concepts and findings into understandable and actionable takeaways for executives, creatives and channel partners
